1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, submitting inquiry forms, purchasing educational programs, or hiring From Ads to Coins™ (a brand of Laced Up Financials LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of Services
From Ads to Coins™ provides Meta advertising campaign setup, campaign management, funnel buildout add-ons, and educational prerecorded training. Our service fees cover professional labor, strategy, configuration, and monitoring within the agreed package scope. All advertising spend is paid directly to Meta by the client and is separate from our service fees.
3. Client Responsibilities & Turnaround
Turnaround timelines (e.g., 3–5 business days for Starter, 7–10 business days for Full Launch, additional 5–7 business days for Funnel Buildout) begin only AFTER all required onboarding questionnaires, creative assets (logos, images, copy details), and verified Meta Ad Account permissions have been provided by the client. Delays in providing access or assets will delay campaign launch dates.
4. Advertising Performance & Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific lead counts, customer acquisitions, sales revenue, or conversion rates. Meta advertising performance depends on many variables outside our control, including product offer viability, price point, creative resonance, audience demand, algorithm shifts, and account standing. Historical case study metrics shown on this site reflect the operator's personal campaigns and are provided for educational context only.
5. Intellectual Property
All branding, course curricula, video replays, frameworks ("AD → ATTENTION → LEAD → FOLLOW-UP → RETARGET → CONVERT"), and website assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Laced Up Financials LLC / From Ads to Coins™. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
