SERVICE AGREEMENT.
From Ads to Coins™ · Laced Up Financials LLC · Scope of Work & Deliverables
1. Starter Meta Ads Setup ($597 one-time)
Scope: One Meta advertising campaign, up to two ad sets, up to two ads using client-provided assets, initial account review, objective selection, audience targeting & placement configuration, budget setup, ad copy & CTA setup, destination link connection, and submission for Meta review.
Turnaround: 3–5 business days after complete onboarding, assets, and verified account access are received.
Exclusions: No funnel buildout, website creation, offer creation, graphic/video production, additional campaigns, or ongoing management unless the $300 30-day management bump is purchased.
2. Full Campaign Launch ($1,000 launch intro / $1,500 regular)
Scope: Campaign strategy, up to two campaigns, up to three ad sets total, up to six ads, one consolidated pre-launch revision round, tracking setup & review, campaign launch, and first 30 days of campaign management included.
Management Period: The included 30-day management period begins on the day campaigns officially go live, NOT on the purchase date. Weekly written updates and final performance review included.
Turnaround: Setup takes approximately 7–10 business days after onboarding, assets, and access are completed.
3. Optional Funnel Buildout ($500 one-time add-on)
Scope: One mobile-responsive landing page, one primary offer (with up to one closely related second offer), checkout / payment link integration, thank-you page, basic lead or order form, basic confirmation and business notification workflow, and one revision round.
Client Responsibilities: Client must supply all logos, HEX color codes, fonts, images, approved copy details, offer pricing, and required disclaimers. Turnaround adds 5–7 business days after all branding assets are submitted.
4. Advertising Spend & Meta Policies
Advertising spend is 100% separate from service fees and is billed directly to the client's payment method inside Meta Ads Manager. The client is solely responsible for ad account standing and adherence to Meta Advertising Standards. From Ads to Coins™ cannot guarantee account approval, reinstatement of restricted accounts, or ad deliverability.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of done-for-you strategic advertising setups and digital deliverables, all service fees are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. Prerecorded training program purchases are non-refundable once access credentials or replay links have been delivered.
